The philosophy behind Go

Go reflects the real travel experiences and preferences of young Australians, to get off the beaten track, away from the pre-packaged tours and see where we end up. Go is not interested in mainstream tourist attractions. It's not about the hotels or restaurants, but rather the people, the place and, most of all, the feeling. Go is about real experiences. It's obscure train stations in Germany, it's the best bar you've ever been to down a back alley in Spain, it's the place where the sea meets the sky in the Pacific, it's the night-before-leaving buzz that keeps you up longer than you wanted. But most of all, Go is yours; the experiences, the photos, the memories.

Go is an initiative of Vibewire Inc, Australia's leading, non-profit, youth arts and media organisation. For more details, contact us!

Issue #01 is jam-packed with feature articles about experimental travel and urban adventurers, young Cambodians developing a vibrant culture from the ashes of the country's past tragedies, why young travellers choose "retro-cool grunge" places as holiday destinations, and the culture of big wave surfing at Shipstern's Bluff, Tasmania.
